The Actors’ Program collects and holds personal information to enable The Actors’ Program to undertake and administer its courses and to communicate and interact with prospective and current students.

Personal information held by The Actors’ Program will be disclosed to third parties only with the consent of the relevant person unless The Actors’ Program is legally obliged to disclose information by any authority or court.

If we are provided with a personal email address, The Actors’ Program will use it only for the purposes for which it was provided. The Actors’ Program will not subscribe an email address to any external mailing list without consent.

You have the right to access and correct personal information about you which has been collected by The Actors’ Program.

This includes information about courses and other arrangements including staffing and course content. Entry to courses is limited and staffing and courses may be varied or discontinued at any time.

Acceptance to a course provided by The Actors’ Program or completion of that course does not result in any assurance or indication of any auditions or paid or unpaid work. Any recommendations of a student by or on behalf of The Actors’ Program will be completely at its discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Actors’ Program will not be liable (in negligence or otherwise) for any damages, increased costs or future profits arising out of or in relation to any services provided to any student by The Actors’ Program or any of its staff or contractors.
